Crosby is a longtime supporter of the Bath House Cultural Center’s Art Marts,
so we're proud to be offering nutritious food to the participants and
attendees again at this spring’s Mart which is being held on Saturday, April
19 and Sunday, April 20.
The 2008 Spring Art Mart will feature an eclectic variety of art, including
painting, sculpture, photography, ceramics, pottery, mixed media art, jewelry,
mosaics, glass and much more.
Come and enjoy delicious food, listen to live music on the patio, bid on an
item in the silent auction and buy a trinket, or two. Proceeds will benefit
the Bath House's year-round visual and performing arts programs!
Please be sure to stop by the Crosby booth to say "Hi" and enjoy some of Chef
Jeanette's mouthwatering food.
The Bath House Cultural Center is located on the eastern shore of White Rock Lake at the end of Northcliff Drive off of Buckner Blvd.

Crosby's Spring Art Mart Menu
Crosby Roll (Vegan) Avocado, asparagus, carrot and cucumber sushi rolls served with pickled ginger, wasabi and soy sauce.
Spring Rolls (Vegan) Tofu, cellophane noodles, lettuce, carrot, and fresh basil in rice paper rolls served with spicy peanut and sweet dipping sauces.
Middle Eastern Platter (Vegan) Roasted red pepper hummus, dolmades, taboulli, whole wheat pita triangles, with pickles and olive garnish.

Traditional Gazpacho (Vegan) Crosby's rustic gazpacho is full of cucumber, onion, celery, and bell pepper. A splash of balsamic vinegar and roasted garlic add depth and richness to our version of this classic recipe.
Spicy Mexican Corn Chowder (Vegan) Sweet spring corn travels 'South O' The Border'
in Crosby's latest soup creation - a creamy corn soup with Mexican spices and a kick o' heat.
