‘Nam Chili 
We fondly refer to our famous meatless chili as ‘Nam Chili.  Why?  Because a few years ago we lovingly served it to a group of Vietnam Veterans…we managed to keep our mouth shut about the ingredients, and at the end of the meal, not ONE single vet suspected it was meatless!  Ever since then we've called it ‘Nam Chili – If you need to fool a die-hard meat-eater, this is the dish that will do it!
