The Texas Scottish Rite Hospital Staff Wellness Program has invited Crosby Catering to provide healthy vegetarian snacks at their annual “Spring to Health” health fair 10:00am - 3:00pm on April 18, 2007 in the hospital's Solarium. The theme for this year's fair is “Passport to Health”.
