Hosted by Margaret Morin and Ricky Burke,
this party benefitted Animal Guardians of
America Rescue. Festivities included a
Puppy Kissing Booth, Live Music by Bill
Nash, and a Silent Auction featuring
desirable & affordable art, photography,
jewelry, accessories, toys, and other great
items!
Crosby's executive chef, Jeanette Prasifka, provided a delicious vegan dinner featuring:
Autumn in Vermont Salad Organic mixed field greens, dried cranberries, dried blue berries and candied pecans served with Crosby's homemade Vermont Dressing ~ a refreshing sweet and sour dressing made with a splash of Vermont maple syrup.
Grilled Vegetable Couscous with Fresh Basil Portobello mushrooms, red onion, fresh basil, carrots, zucchini, summer squash, asparagus and corn are marinated in a light balsamic vinaigrette, grilled over an open flame and tossed with couscous.
100% of donations at the door went to Animal Guardians of America for animal care.
AGA is a no-kill rescue, taking in animals no one wants and helping them become animals everyone wants. AGA is committed to enriching the lives of our animal friends, who may be without shelter, food, care, or love - regardless of age, natural beauty, or condition - and to find them temporary and permanent homes.
