Spicy Peanut Pasta with Tofu and Broccoli (Vegan)   
Penne pasta, cubed tofu and steamed broccoli bathed in our delicious, and spicy, peanut sauce and garnished with crushed peanuts and green onions. $9.00

Chickenless Dumplings (Vegan)  Our chickenless dumplings are just like Mom used to make! Chicken-style seitan, leeks, carrots and potatoes in a creamy chickenless sauce with loads of dumplings. $10.00

Frittatas: New Potato, Thyme and Caramelized Onion or Mushroom and Baby Spinach (Lacto-ovo)  Frittatas are like a dense quiche and can be served warm or at room temperature. We offer two delicious flavors to choose from. A slice of frittata in the morning provides a filling and nutritious breakfast. Paired with a cup of our cream of tomato basil soup and/or a tossed salad our frittatas make a satisfying lunch or light dinner. We use only organic, free-range eggs. $18.00/10-inch frittata

Tofu Tamale Pie (Vegan)   Our version of pot pie with a Southwestern twist.  A layer of cornbread crust tops a mildly spicy bean, vegetable, tofu and ancho pepper filling. Served with a side salad and our herbed balsamic vinaigrette. $10.00

'Nam Chili (Vegan)
We fondly refer to our famous meatless chili as 'Nam Chili.  Why?  Because a few years ago we lovingly served it to a group of Vietnam Veterans…we managed to keep our mouth shut about the ingredients, and at the end of the meal, not ONE single vet suspected it was meatless! Ever since then we've called it 'Nam Chili.  If you need to fool a die-hard meat-eater, this is the dish that will do it! $12.00/quart

Cream of Tomato Basil Soup (Vegan)   Another favorite soup that we've perfected without using fat-laden dairy products. This one is a knock-out!  A perfect match with a frittata. $12.00/quart 

Chickenless Noodle Soup (Vegan)  Whether you've got a cold or just crave a warm bowl of "chicken" soup, our version is sure to satisfy. Noodles, vegetables and chicken-less pieces in a hearty vegan broth.  A comfort food classic is back for your enjoyment! $12.00/quart

Creamy Tomatillo Corn Chowder (Vegan) Popular in Mexican cooking, tomatillos look like little green tomatoes covered in a paper-like skin. The taste of a tomatillo is very different from tomatoes and blends beautifully with the sweet flavor of corn. $12.00/quart
