Butter Bean & Barley Bowl (Vegan)  A nutritious and filling bowl featuring one of our favorite beans! Butter beans and barley with flecks of carrot and celery in a wonderfully dill seasoned broth. $12.00/qt.

Fall Salad with Dried Cranberries, Goat Cheese and Candied Balsamic Texas Pecans (Lacto)
We debuted this salad last week at our food booth at the Dallas Farmer's Market Fall Hoe Down Extravaganza at Fair Park and were overwhelmed with the response! Mixed baby field greens are tossed with dried cranberries, crumbled goat cheese, candied balsamic Texas pecans and dressed in a thyme scented dressing. Spinach Dip (Vegan)  A traditional sour cream spinach dip that is fantastic served with fresh veggies, whole-wheat crackers, or even spread inside a croissant and topped with sprouts. We promise no one will guess this is a vegan version.  $9.00 half-quart, $17.00  quart

Black Bean Hummus (Vegan) A twist on traditional hummus made with black beans instead of garbanzo beans, and seasoned with fresh cilantro and cumin.
