Join Crosby at the Full Moon Beatnik Luau, the summer fundraiser to support Moonlady's EarthRhythms and Winter SolstiCelebration on Saturday, July 28 from 6:00 to 10:00 PM.

The Beatnik Luau brings you all the kitsch of a moonlight beach party without the 500 mile drive and the sand in your shoes!

Cruise the luau food tables for Crosby's Thai Inspired Tropical Fruit Soup with Watermelon and Jicama Garnish. Enjoy the tropical salad bar and dish up a helping of black bean-mango rice and sample all kinds of cool salsas. Wet your whistle with flavored chilled coffee and tropical fruit punch. There will be plenty of sweets, too, with traditional huapu coconut pudding and an array of tropical-themed brownies.
