Fall Cooking Class

Thursday night, November 11, 2010, sixteen members of the Forest Hills Association Garden Club gathered for a fun evening of hands-on cooking with Chef Jeanette. She showed them how to prepare the two recipes Crosby debuted at this year's Farmer's Market Hoe Down - Fall Harvest Pumpkin Soup and Autumn Apple Salad. Everyone also learned how to make Crosby's Quick and Easy Black Bean and Sweet Potato Stew, which will be featured in the next issue of edibleDFW.   It was a great evening spent with fellow gardeners (and great cooks!).
