On February 11 and 12, Dallas Farmers Market Friends sponsored a Farmers Roundtable Discussion at Cityplace. The event was designed to bring together North Texas Food industry leaders and regional farmers and other local food producers to explore new business opportunities.

Crosby chef and owner Jeanette Prasifka was extended an invitation to be a Roundtable participant. Locally grown and produced food was featured at the opening reception including Crosby’s organic, Fair Trade, shade-grown coffee.
