Greenrightnow.com selected a handful of vegetarian chefs from around the country to share their best Thanksgiving recipes. Crosby executive chef and owner, Jeanette Prasifka, was honored to be included along with such notable chefs as Martha Rose Shulman.
Chef Jeanette shared four recipes comprising two of her favorite holiday entrees including her Lentil Nut Loaf with Creamy Cashew Onion Gravy and Thanksgiving Stuffed Squash with Cranberry Cointreau Sauce.
