Crosby owner and chef Jeanette Prasifka was invited to give a cooking demonstration at National Woman's Heart Day, February 16 at 12:45 PM in Fair Park's Centennial Hall. Heart Day organizers hope to make Dallas a heart healthy community and encouraged thousands of Dallas area women to get a FREE screening for their personal heart risks.

Those who attended were able to watch Jeanette share the secrets of her Heart Healthy Tex Mex Pasta with Creamy Corn Sauce. Best of all, they got to sample this delicious, vegan dish and go home with the recipe!
